Join us for the March 6th ‘Lunch-n-Learn’ meeting at the Lancaster Extension Education Center, 444 Center Creek Road, Lincoln, NE.
Dr. Rod Moxley from UNL will be speaking about the $25 million STEC CAP Grant, UNL has managed for the past five years. The grant involves coordinating 17 other universities, the USDA, and other government institutions to show how Shiga-Toxin producing E. Coli gets into our food supply. Buffet lunch will begin at 11:30 a.m., with the program starting at 12:20 p.m. Meeting registration, which includes lunch, is $15 per person (unless you have already paid for the inclusive membership). Club. Non-members must pay $20 per meeting.
