February 3rd Lunch-n-Learn with Matt Jilek, President of Area 52 Milling

Matt Jilek, President of Area 52 Milling, a division of A Western Hempisphere Company (AWHC). AWHC consists of four areas of focus – Genetics, Retail, Harvesting, and Processing of hemp and hemp related products.

Matt will be joined by Nebraska LEAD members Jeff Larson and Alex Schwartz, while they are operating in the fields of their southern-most operation in the Bahamas.

Join us for our fall social, a fundraiser for the Cedars Youth Services at White Elm Brewing Company 720 Van Dorn St, Lincoln, NE 68502 starting at 5:00 p.m. on November 14th.

Please RSVP below by November 12th. Members and guest are asked to pay $25 each. All moneys will be donated to Cedars for Holiday presents for families in need.

53rd Annual Banquet – November 7th

The Nebraska Agribusiness Club invites you to the 53rd Annual Banquet! We will be honoring Al Svajgr for the Public Service to Agriculture Award and Mat Habrock for the New Horizon Award.

The banquet will by Thursday, November 7, 2019 at the Hillcrest Country Club, 9401 O Street, Lincoln, NE 68527. Reception starts at 5:30 p.m.

We ask that you please reserve your seat(s) by October 25th for $40 per seat. After October 25th seat prices increase to $45.

October 7th Lunch-n-Learn with Jill O’Donnell at Yeutter Institute

Join us for the October 7th Lunch-n-Learn meeting at the Lancaster Extension Education Center, 444 Cherrycreek Road, Lincoln, NE.

Jill O’Donnell, Director of Clayton Yeutter Institute of International Trade and Finance at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln will speak to the group about trade and how the Yeutter Institute works with universities.

August 1st Lincoln Saltdogs Game Club Social

Join the Nebraska Agribusiness Club at the Lincoln Saltdogs baseball game on Thursday, August 1st at 7:05 p.m. vs. Sioux City Explorers.

The club has a suite donated by Alpha Media! Your ticket will include your seat in the suite with snacks available.

This social is free for members and $20 for non-members, guests, and children. This is a family friendly event and great place for kids.

Please RSVP below by Tuesday, July 30th by end of day to reserve your tickets for you and your family/guest. Seats are limited in the suite. We will have a club officer outside the main entrance by the large baseballs between 6:30-7:00 p.m. to pick up your ticket(s) unless other arrangements are made.
